Total waste of time!when registering it will not allow you to choose age group or state,therefore will not allow you to move forward.why do people create garbage apps and Google play accepts them in the play store.dumb!

Why do i have so much troubke logging in to the app and NO problem logging in to the website on a laptop? This app is terrible.

awful,the web page doesnt work at all,i just register and i tried to log in and it says wrong password,how can it be wrong when i literally just created it 5 seconds ago,ok,i pushed the"i forgot my password putton"(wich i didnt),it says they will give me a temporary password,i follow their instructions and it gives me a broken link,so the whole app is worthless,trying to change an appoinment and it keeps sending me broken links,the whole telephone system and web pages needs to be done by a pro.

Please note the star rating is for the form only as it needs to be fixed by the app developer. The Age Group and State drop down lists on the Register New Patient form do not work as it appears that there are no Age Group ranges or States to choose from. There is no way to enter this information as a free text field in either section as it is limited to selecting from an empty drop down list.

If you want to see your lab results you need this. I set up my account, I answered all the questions but it will not let me access lab results. Keeps telling me the info I gave doesn't match any patient record. Who am I supposed to call for help? Why did you change the format that Healthvanna had? Maybe this will be ok when you work out the bugs but why can't companies work out the bugs before they go live. Why do we have to be your quality control to work out the bugs. The most basic thing a new account has to do couldn't be done. register and log in to account. I logged in but it would not let me see my lab results. ok where is the help button? No help button. Who do I call for help? I saw a Contact us so I hit that. That took me to a general listing of every AHF office with maps and phone and fax. So I scrolled to the AHF I go to and hit the phone number for it to call. Nothing. I guess no one thought to link the number to the phone so now I'm looking for a piece of paper and pen to write the number down. I called the number which is the office I go to main number. Shouldn't you have a department that solves problems just with the website?

This app is useless, people can even register or sing in. This has been happening for awhile. I guess is never going to get fix. Thanks for nothing careless people.
