The app hasn't worked for me since 2017/18! Error messages every single time I've tried to sign up because id like to manage the account payments myself online. Whenever I've called them about promoting the app yet it doesn't work,I've been told they're working on fixing it. Almost 3 years! Makes absolutely no sense!

Wanted to give a negative star if possible to this app. It is USELESS app. You cannot register using your card number, it says token expired. By reading the other reviews it seems this problem is persistent since more than last 1 year. Why don't you stop promoting your app if you cannot fix the issues?

Very poor performance. App doesn't work 90% of the time. As for the services from Al Bayan - very bad service even after countless complaints . No timely delivery and leaves their water bottle outside for a long time under the sun. Not recommended at all.

Not even worth to get 1 star for this App as I cannot signup with my card number. Tried 5 times and always getting the message of "token expired, please log out and login again".... Dear Albayan IT department, please check the app settings and correct the bug.....

Useless app, and furthermore, missing regular deliveries becomes their regular. Update - put request for 2 bottles on 6 June and on 9 June nothing gets delivered, so I made the call and turns out nothing recorded in the main system. Finally told not to use the app as it is NO LONGER working.

Would give -5 stars if I could. Can not even sign up. Already a user.. called them 6 times no answer tried to install the app for the 2nd time again they haven't fixed it. terrible. I just would like my water.
