This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ShowTouchesEnabler on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

App to enable 'Show Touches' or 'Show Taps' setting found in Developer Options. Specially made for Oppo and Vivo Devices, but works on other devices too.

ShowTouchesEnabler does not add any functionality to your phone it just enables hidden setting of Android. Uninstalling it directly will not disable Touches or Taps. You will need to manually disable 'Show Touches' or Show Taps'.
