It doesn't even allow logging in anymore. Any attempt, no matter what I type, is always met by invalid email/password, even though I'm using the same credentials I've used for years and used to work on previous versions of the app. How could you release an app with such macroscopic bugs without even some basic quality assurance? What's worse is that many users are reporting this bug, but nobody seems to address their reports - shame on you KLM!

Great app, been flying with KLM for years. For some people, we rate here App not KLM. My Opinion is that app is very good however tracking your luggage might need more updates. Otherwise great application ( again, application, not KLM as airliner ) and last but not least for me KLM is still 5 star airliner.

I have bought tickets by this app and after that they cancel my flight when I was in airport with my baggege just before I step in to airplane. They answering that no refund they will not plan to return. I have bought tickets from another operator and fly by it comfortably, but it was extra money for me on which I plan to buy food. It is petty deed... KLM is the worsest air company ever, and I don't advice to you buy here tickets to fly anywhere!!!

Cannot log in with email, it says invalid email. ??? Simply awful. The app the website everything. You basically cannot resolve anything without WhatsApp which is half a bot half you wait hours and hours for every single response. Use KLM if your blood pressure is normal or even low or take a xanax!

Worse and rusty app + website too! Need to modify and bring your app and website up-to-date for your customers to use your service online. I recently wanted to book a round trip online but it never went well, I tried the app - it never worked too!

Cannot book tickets, credit card payment option forces to switch to a bank app and payment is cancelled when switching back to the klm app... serious flaw making the app useless
