Today, I keep getting a message that says, "Oh snap there was a problem accessing this app" and I'm not sure how to proceed. I've had great fun collecting $15 in Sephora gift cards and would hate to stop now! I don't want to Uninstaller and reinstall cuz I'm close to getting another gift card and don't want to lose my points. 7/1/21- Allie, sent you an email per your request! 7/2/21- Allie quickly helped me with problem, which was actually an error on my part! Thanks for the great customer svc!

Easy app, pays relatively quick if you use it often. I got my first $25 gift card within 2 weeks and almost on my second one (used for about a month). I recommend more game choices. I plan to keep this around as long as there's games for me to play. Some games are really fun, some I uninstalled pretty fast but totally worth it to earn while you play.

This is a great app until a few days ago. I cashed out my first 3 gift cards with no problem. But now that I'm trying to cash out another couple of gift cards it isnt sending my code text to my phone to get my gift cards. I havent gotten any message back from customers support either. I wish it would just send me my text code so I can use my gift cards .

So far so good. Lets see how long for my gift card now. Also WHY SO LARGE DISPLAY? And app scaling is not available for this app so I can barely see the screen. Just working with the upper left half and you cannot scroll over. Had to agree to terms that I couldnt even fully read. And no button to fully read terms so technically I think it makes your terms invalid since you are only offering 2 show half the terms. U should DEFINITLY FIX THIS. So 4 stars for now, maybchanged after wait for card.

I'm not very happy since I been playing games with this app and since I connected to WiFi it automatically disabled my account. I hope they can fix this cause I didn't play all this time for nothing.

I have been trying to cash out for a gift card for several days now, even contacting support. I've sent screenshots of every purchase I've made, as per request to move forward with cashing out, & all I'm getting is the run around about which game I'm referring to when I'm not referring to any game in particular, just the screenshots asked for. this is getting beyond ridiculous. I have NEVER had this much trouble cashing out on any other app like this.
