Neighborhood Watch is not a group of vigilantes. Neighborhood Watch is a group of civic-minded citizens with only one purpose in mind. TO STOP CRIME from striking in their neighborhood. Neighborhood Watch is about being a GOOD neighbor and being attentive to what is happening in your neighborhood.

On the other hand, it is the type of thinking we all must stop. The police and the public have to work together to make an impact on CRIME.
