Easy to use. I love that all my appointments are available anytime I need to access them. My chart can be accessed from the app as well. My test results are available a day or two after. The best part is I can message all of my doctors with any questions or concerns. Wonderful app.

It's ok.. a lot of information inaccurately populates in my profile, and some are showing up in "to do" list from 2010.. :/ For future appointments it shows my past appointments, and they are titled incorrectly, and there are many other discrepancies, etc. So the app could use a lot of improvements especially it being a medical app wirh medical records and information.

I love this app its amazing. I can see all my upcoming appointments. I can send messages to my Doctor's. I can read my test results in short period of time. I love everything about this app. It's also as or resources to help you take care of yourself. I use it all the time. I'm one happy person It's very convenient 😊😊😊

Can't even set up my account. It insists on a phone number that I don't have, and when I try to fix it it times out on me. My doctor's office is horrible at communication, trying to get through a message through an army of six different people, or my advocate, resulted in garbled communications or none at all. I was hoping this would help. It has not.

I really like this app- it makes it easier to get in touch with my doctors. I like the fact that I can see my medical records.

Major glitches. Sat in teleolconference "waiting for host to start session" with video chat for near 30 minutes while they were on the other side provider was also waiting for me to join session. Result, I get billed for a full visit and provider only was able to give me brief meeting time due to severe delay
