App crashes when you tap "Request Appt" under scheduled appointment. Messaging doesn't work on WiFi or 5G when opening a new message email; works fine in Mobile Browser. Edit: Please hire additional QA staff. Do not ask users to test for free.

Trying to set up an account but the camera thru this app is poor. Doesn't take clear pictures and doesn't focus. Also I have to reset my password each time because it doesn't recognize it.

In terms of convenience this has to be one of the best apps. I get all my medical info here. I request my Dr's appointment scheduled here. I see medical reports, lab results, and imaging results. Absolutely live this app. Please don't change lol

The reset password does not work, and the chat does not actually let you schedule an appt. Also, when I tried to create a new account, it wouldn't go past the create an account screen, so I'm not sure if it created a new account or not.

Every time I try to sign in there's "something wrong" and I end up having to call the doctor office anyways. Useless app.

Should let you know ow the app is actually working as you wait. All you see is the spinning object, never knowing if app is stuck or waiting.
