Using BlueStacks

If your getting "security panel not connected" on your app.... you got to download the "ATD Smart Services" app and re log in. According to ADT this version of their app is no longer valid. However, in my eyes this app is far easier to navigate than the one they want you to now download. It's cleaner interface and less complicated. I'm still not 100% happy that is still logging all the history activity so that's a data protection breach! But a better app all in all!

ADT engineer, very competent and helpful, here trying to set up alarm system. He asks me to login to ADT Smart home such I can. But when we try the Gateway ADT smart home always crashes. Clearing cache and restarting phone or logging in and out of app didn't work. Clearly there is a bad software bug on the app. But engineer was 10/10. Brilliant man. In the end he found a workaround.

Wish I'd read the latest reviews before upgrading, was working fine. Have upgraded today and straight away for the box not connected fault. Wonderful. Thanks ADT, this better get resolved soon or I'll be cancelling my contract with them

poor app. have had adt for 7 years and seen very little innovation in the app or their residential product offering. moved to another alarm company recently and much better from a price perspective, functionality and monthly maintenance. adt uk miles behind competition, even behind adt usa.

Recent app update is appalling, doesn't work, can't connect to network, can't see my router when everything else in the house can, I would say save your money and stay away from ADT, I'll be switching to someone else once the lockdown is over

Been trying to get onto this app for weeks and all it says connection issues connection issues so thinking of cancelling the contract unless they get their act together
