App does not work. It does not connect and does not show right alarm status. I have called and they sent technician two times. What technicians did was only resetting the control box by shutting off the power. App worked for few days and again stopped working. I hate this. I have to call for the 3rd time for the same issue. I will definitely leave ADT and switch to other home security service provider.

Worked flawlessly for years now all of a sudden the last week it wont connect to the internet. Only on my phone. Works fine on my wifes phone. We have the exact same phones. Even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Disappointed

Had a tech come out to resolve the 103 check lngrng radio error message. I was hoping that would solve my issues connecting to my system through the mobile app. Nope. When, or should I say IF it finally connects, I can arm it, but the status continues to show that it isn't armed. Therefore I have to disarm it manually from the control panel. All was working smoothly until the latest software update. Now what?

Use to love the app. But lately every time I hit another camera to view it doesn't change. I would have to go all the way back out. So it takes me longer to view a different camera. I use android not sure if that's the problem but I never had an issue till now.

Something is not working properly. Im away from home and I set the alarm before I left , only by passed the front door. I just went into the App and it saids that everything is DISARMED. Ots impossible. I think the APP is not comunicating with system.

Things have changed. More than ever I am unable to access my camera via my cell phone. I am just getting the following message: "No Internet connection. Please reconnect and retry again". (still does not work) you.
