Your app is loaded with bugs. When I arm from my device, I get a spinner that says it's arming, but it never completes. Then after restarting the app, it shows disarmed, even though it is armed. No way to disarm at that point. Even though I turned it off, I still get a notification every Saturday that I am disarmed, even whenI am armed. Can't wait till the contract is up.

Long Time Customer (Listen To Us). ADT you had a good thing going with the Pulse Service but this Control ain't working. Pulse was hands down the best with a personalized layout of your house, grid view of cameras, not having to pay for different features, it just worked. With all the security competition your only making it easier for customers to walk away from ADT. Why is there no grid view for video cameras!!!!. Why doesn't the new 7in touchscreen panel have camera access. Do not use ADT!!!!

I love the concept of this app; however, I have three big issues: 1) when I get a notification that some one is at my door step, I could never get the app to work. By the time it works, the person is long gone. It's as if the doorbell camera can't record and allow me to see who is there, or the notification is way slow. 2) if your internet is down you are SOL. 3) night vision of the doorbell camera is horrible. Other than that, it's great.

Just wanted to renew this review. Please stop re-enabling 2-factor authentication. We use adt control across multiple users and devices, and having to set 2FA to a single phone number or email address is very inconvenient because not all users have access to the phone number or email address. This is pretty poor 2fa implementation. This has been going on for many many weeks and it sucks.

We live out in the country. I don't have much trouble with the app. But frustrated I paid for cameras but their wifi and mine wasn't strong enough. I've had power outage and still had security. Had a small fire couldn't get to phone and ADT called fire. It's got it's hiccups but worth paying for and working bugs out.

Great app so far, been using it since October 2019.. though as of late I'm not able to view the multiple camera portion as when I refresh more than 1 live feed the app freezes and force closes, why is that? Edit: the issues that I had concerning the app freezing was due to a 5 year old cell phone I was using at the time but have since upgraded to a newer model and I'm no longer having any issues! 5/5 stars
