Good app for booking taxis, but missing some useful features. You can't specify multiple stops, you can't specify how many people are riding. Also very restrictive is you can't mix special requests, for example travel with big luggage and a small pet, which is more important to tell the driver? You may get a driver who allows pets but can't fit your luggage, or the other way around. Still, it's a pretty good option for Brno.

Totally broken app and service. Adding payment card ended with page not found. Searching for available car took too long. Over 10 minutes despite the fact there we plenty other taxis around waiting. So probably too few drivers using this app. After finding a driver, the screen to accept the ride did not contain button to accept it. Just text saying to tap on the nonexistent button. So I tapped on the text. And instead of confirming the ride it ask me why I didn't accept the offer. I wanted to accept it, but there was no button for it. Trying to use the back button to try to accept the car somehow else it just reset the app instead of going back to the offer screen. So I tried to search for another car. No luck. I gave up after 10 minutes and used some taxi staying around. Useless app. And it even pops up some ridiculous spam messages. So deleting the app.

Reliable app, easy to work with, drivers not canceling the rides as Uber drivers do, Liftago is my choice number 1 in Prague! Two improvements: you should show to people coming to Prague airport where is the best place to meet your taxi. Second - remove permanent notification on Android phones (not user friendly - and you love your users, don't you?)
