I am very disappointed with your redemption process. I have been waiting 7 days to get my walmart gift card. It has been in pending status with an email saying we are behind. Really....I have earned this & never expected to get the run around. You have responded once to my emails and that is it. I am assuming others are going thru the same. You do not deserve a 5 star review...for what?

I'm having trouble getting in the app. It opens but doesn't work. It stays on a page that says downtime dollars and keeps trying to load but never does. This is day 2 of trying to get in. So now my login streak will start over when I finally get back in. I have deleted my cache several times yesterday and today with no luck. I have even looked for updates and there wasn't any. I have powered down my phone numerous times but the app is still doing the same thing. Can you please fix?
