Using BlueStacks

I cannot get past the sign up area. Emailed adder support 7 times Iam seasoned computer tech. This is not good. First screen asked for user name and password So i click signup input email address and pass. The only button displayed BACK TO Log in screen. I put in username. Tried email and just a name. User cannot be found.. update after confirming that a picture is needed via upload. not it accesses camera. i took 7 pics. You would be a fool to use this app FTC. keeps stopping. Ignored!!!

app keeps crashing but app support doesn't care. I have brought this to their attention many times all they say is make sure you hit the start driving button. I do that but I'm not going to constantly look at my phone while I'm driving to make sure it is still tracking my miles that is dangerous and i dont want to die. i know that i drove 60 miles today but the tracker says I only drove 7 miles. support will only get back to you if you send them a message in the form of yelling.
