Update – Feb 2025: This issue has persisted for months. Sometimes, I can log in for a few days, but then I'm asked to log in again. After entering my email, I'm redirected to a registration page as if I were a new user. Completing the steps always results in: "Temporary error: No specific message. Refer to class name description: MafServerException." The app has ongoing user validation issues, which is unacceptable.

Good app. to control air conditioner. manually and with planning. What's missing is the possibility to interact with Smart Home automation. Should be improved in that way. Thank you.

Amellet, hogy nehéz az appban navigálni, rendszeresen nem működik. Vagy offline van a készülék, vagy ha online, akkor is bármit nyomva a készülékig nem jut el a parancs. (A klíma látja a wifit, minden más eszköz látja - vagy a firmware csapnivaló, vagy a Whirlpool cloud) Ez rendszeres, napi (!) szinten előforduló hiba. Inkább más típust vegyetek.

Many problems with this app! But the 2 most annoying are as follows. 1) due to power outage the app stoped recognizing ac and had to reconnect it from the start that led to 2) connectivity issues. I couldn't reconnect cause of errors. Kept trying for about half an hour and managed to do so doing the exact same thing I was doing from the get go. And today for some reason i cant control my ac through rhe app! While it shows on my screen and anything i change through the controller is displayed.

You'd think that with all the poor reviews that the developers would have addressed the problems. It's very buggy and I would really like to see a simple timer function instead of the useless schedule function.
