Horrid, awful app. I can only assume it was designed by non humans with no reference to anything beforehand that works well. Of course the cynic in me is thinking this is a smart move by NCP to increase their penalty charges because so many people will lose the will to live before they manage to make a parking payment using this stupid app.

Awful application. The worst of all the parking apps. The user interface is awkward and very basic. It even lacks the ability to show either your current session or order history if you want to check your order went through. Please re-write it to have a decent UI!

Seems designed to make purchasing a lengthy and difficult process. Cynically adding time and difficulty to improve the probability of more penalty notices. The app doesn't allow you to look up the code for any particular car park. It doesn't store your usual car park details or vehicle registration and also doesn't store payment card details. So every payment involves the need to remember and enter the location code, car registration, email, phone and payment card details. Pathetic!

You can't book ahead or even check log in before you buy so i had log in problems on the day. It also charges for sms even though i opted out on the web site. Booking process is clunky with no defaults or memory it seems. Rubbish. But no choice...

Needs work. It's functional, in that you can pay for parking, however it's lacking an awful lot of features I'd expect on such an app. Not being able to turn off text messages that cost you money unless you register on the website is frustrating too.

This is the worse parking app I've ever used. Half way through it cropped the page and I could no longer see the top, had to start all over. Probably easier to use the machine if you can, don't waste you're time.
