I absolutely love this brand. The tea they provide is delicious without being too costly. They have an amazing point system, which is basically $10 off every time you earn 100 points, which can be earned through purchasing and reviewing teas. My only complaint is the shipping, which states 3-5 days but I've found on average to actually take up to 1.5-2 weeks, with almost no tracking options or ease. Even if you pay the extra for 2 day shipping, often times your order won't arrive for a week.

Some minor issues: - No way to copy tracking number to clipboard or to click on it to see where the package is. - In my recent order, the app displayed "date not set" even though there was a delivery date in the tracking page on FedEx. I love this app. It's simple and very clean, but just those minor issues. In my experience using the app, the whole "my order" section needs a bit of love.

Great app with a good selection of teas, spices, and teaware. However, it has some issues that need to be addressed. For example, it doesn't show when certain teas are out of stock, order delivery, accurate points on account, etc. I find that I still have to use the website as it fails accurately displace this information which makes this app essentially useless.

to put my review short. if you love tea and want to try custom blends then this place is it. however, that's every review in a nutshell right? so far I have purchased 4 sample tons and some lemon balm tea. when I got my teas I had recieved that AND a months worth of teas and the seller gave me 3 bags free of charge. needless to say, I will be back for more! the only bad thing about it is that it took quite some time but it is 100% worth the wait.

The website is great for browsing teas and making your own teas plus buying teas. I think the app needs updating so that we can make our own teas on the app as well. I like seeing my points and where they come from. However, my phone won't update the app so I can't post tea pictures to get points.

really convenient, also gives updates to new tea on stock and whatnot. You just have to be really specific in the search bar if you're trying to find that one tea.
