It's super useful to have this kind of service available. However, there is 50-50 chance that vehicle is gonna be at indicated location when booked. App gets super buggy at the time you're trying to close out the reservation. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of reliability. Also, on website there is promotion to buy prepaid credits that are nowhere to be found in app.

Would strongly avoid this application, it's not working so you have to call the hotline, wait for 15 minutes on the phone and only then they can start the car remotely. And what's fun is that on your way back you have to do again the same. Love it.

worst app ever! The app doesn't allow to send a scan copy of driver license or ID but just photos and this makes the identification process a real nightmare!I sent more than 10 times my documents but for some unknown reason my driver license is not approved! And it's an European driver license,really disappointed.And there is no customer support at all:if there were a working email to do a manual check of the documents I would have solved but nothing, I sent 3 emails, no answer at all!Ridiculous

Getting better, but still almost 10 minutes to end the ride and 6 photos required. This time is of course charged on your account and if an error occours ( mysterious errors) then you have to start again and lose more time

Je ne trouve aucune voiture à aucune date. Visiblement il y a un bug; @ADA:merci pour votre reponse d'aujourd'hui 8 Juin 2021 mais il s'agissait d'un bug que j'ai remonté en Aout 2020. Et oui, j'ai bien essayé de changer les dates, je pense que vous aviez un problème de requête.
