From moment one, it asks for a password which I can't give it because it gives you no option to even sign up before it keep s on asking for the password. I've had to uninstall a few times and reinstall to try to get around it with no luck

Terrible. Shuttles never on time, if they come at all. I've reported this problem AT LEAST four times. No response. GPS tracker is rarely correct and spins in circles. The app will say arriving and nothing ever comes. Then it will say departing but it never even came. It's really wasting my time and getting on my last nerve. I've been sitting here for 25 minutes while 2 shuttles were supposed to have come already. SMH. Edit: the third shuttle wasnt on time but at least it came

It doesn't work in certain areas. Sometimes you can track a bus & sometimes you can't. Sometimes you get departure & arrival times & sometimes you don't. I use this for GLTC buses. I don't know how it is w/ other transportation services.

Thank you, creators! I wasn't using the trolley, bc I didn't want to risk missing my movie nor wait in the heat. I love the Woodlands, now! --Quick to install & open. (1st Use, Seek: Woodlands Township, not "Town Center" on ride systems list.) --Suggested: bldg labels (not just the stops) & no touch required to see label. --No dot showing where I am. --Need more detailed directional map. I didn't know, from map, if trolley cutting through Cinemark 17 lot was heading to or from Market Str.

Emailed the app developers of issues in this app, no response. Cannot count on this app for where the shuttle is, a serious lag issue of where it's at in real time. It will say it's arriving ay my stop in 10 minutes, and 2 minutes later the shuttle has already passed my stop. The route that our shuttle takes, I have to wait 30+ minutes for the next one to arrive.
