No matter how I try to link my car to the app, it does not work. I have scanned the VIN and I have typed it into the textbox myself using the keyboard, and to my dismay nothing worked. It gives me an error every time I try to connect. So at this point I have no choice but to give it 1 star (even that is ONLY because I cannot give it zero stars). This app is just a lesson in futility.

App worked ok for a couple of hours and then returned error indicating VIN linked to another account. Probably have called Acura Canada over 12 times since March 14, 2021. Lack of progress on the issue is rather disheartening. App may be great but the lack of progress on the issue results in a 1 star rating

New Acura owner and I love my car but not so much the app. Does not show fuel range , miles, or oil info which it should in the app. I have un installed and re installed the app and no luck. The car will unlock and lock using app, and the remote start works but takes forever to start. I also always have a notification that says Acura link connecting that stays on even when I'm in the car and it does not go away until I dismiss it.

It's ridiculous that this feature has a cost. This is FREE on most other cars, even the cheaper ones! I've had Ford, bmw, and Mercedes and all had a free app. I'm not paying for this.

You pay for something expensive ..you should get the regular service with it . my other car ford ranger 2019 i have everything included and i pay less.....i have the app but i can see only tire pressure , lock or unlock . byt you cant see how much gas left or the mileage etc...

I have a 2018.rex technology package and had the same problem. After finally getting a tech advisor on phone found out that the Vin number was wrong on there end and once we fixed it on there in it works fine
