Why is this app soooooo bad? As if booking apps are new and impossible to make simple. It glitches when I scroll. I can't book multiple appointments at once. I can't hide descriptions. It takes me about 20 mins to book a month worth of gym. If there were any alternative I'd use it. Please fix your UX.

Poorly designed, difficult to use, clients can't access their information. This app is so awful, I wondered if it was the wrong one (not legitimately Acuity) or a prank? But no, this is the real thing. I am embarrassed to share this with my clients when they ask for app. I have already lost 1 new client; I hope I don't lose more before Acuity fixes this.

It would be nice if i could search for services from other businesses. When an appointment is scheduled and it's via Google Meet the link does not work please fix this as well. Also if i have a direct link to book i cant use this app. I want to encourage my clients to use the app but some only book threw direct links. The services they get i do not offer to everyone. Please add a space to input the direct link. Thx

The app option is great and works well, but none of the appointments made for my clients are showing up on their app. Any appointments made on desktop does not show in the app for the same customer. Kind of useless at that point.

The app failed to accept the url of my provider's scheduling site and failed to accept the qr code. Maybe the app is actually just meant to make money from the included google ad trackers. I give it a fail.

Seems a bit glitchy but I tested it to see how booking one of my appointments went and outside of a scroll bar causing some display screen flashes at the bottom it worked on my android. The zoom link came through and I received a confirmation email. I hope they can make it more visually appealing soon. Note that it is a client only portal so it's not for managing appointments as a business but for clients to schedule. I like that there is no login! Makes it easier for clients.
