I successfuly uploaded all documents except one that failed to upload. I cannot delete or even preview the failed document, making it impossible to click on SUBMIT documents. I am just stuck right there. I have signed in and out, the same thing. How can i delete a failed document please???? There is no option for that

Having ANY MORE OPTIONS always is something beneficial.So being able to aupload docs from mobile phones is good. BUT WE CAN'T LOGIN & EDIT BY WEB PAGE... THAT'S WHY I AM CONSIDERING SOMETHING DOGGY IS GOING BEHIND THE SCENES... AND ASKING ALWAYS FOR A EASY MONEY...Premium services etc... Sorry I forgot, money is the King... Horrible tried logging in and kept stopping continuously for over 3 hours after uploading some documents already 😰. Pls let the admin sort this issue it's very frustrating.

This app is not of much use in my opinion. Ended up buying a printer /scanner just to avoid using app! Stopped working regularly and got stuck when one upload kept uploading for 3 days. Not worth wasting time on this unhelpful tool.

One of the documents was trying to upload for the whole day and then at the end of the it says failed to upload. This was my 20th document. Now want to submit but can't because that one last one is not uploaded. There is no option to delete or anything else so that i could upload? Any help would be appreciated. This is urgent.
