A good site which can sometimes be a little frustrating. Sometimes a site will show as available, but the system won't allow you to book it. But if you go out, then reenter it works fine the next time. Cancelations don't show in time to book, so you have to phone, time consuming and annoying.

I use the app to search for and reserve camp sites when I'm not in front of my PC. I'd like to be able to use the app during check-in, perhaps in an effort to save paper and help keep things sanitary. Adding park maps with GIS data would be awesome too, similar to Avenza Maps App.

Very good app, but I lowered the rating by 2 because the fingerprint log in doesn't work and there is a potential security risk. The problem is the fingerprint is accepted BUT then an error occurs saying that the login information is invalid. Then click on okay the login screen is there "with the password already entered!!!" Click on login and I'm in. Hope this security flaw is fixed soon now that it has been exposed to the general Google public. !!!!!

Very pleasantly surprised. Usually these official apps tend to be outdated and broken but this one is a breeze, very nice layout, super responsive and even has fingerprint login. Great job!

I make reservations alot. This time was very frustrating. It needs to be explained what an identifier # is. I can make reservations anywhere in the US but not in my own state? Needed an identifier # instead of my CO ID? Had to speak with two people before my information would work. Too frustrating!

I've been using it for yrs now & no improvement. ✏️ Pencil Woop you on transfers & cancelation but besides that it needs a new options from card scan to satellite image or something. It has options for discount's but you can't get them LoL
