This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Treestand 9-1-1 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

An essential addition to your safety checklist for hunters, bird-watchers, and anyone that climbs trees alone. Treestand 9-1-1 detects if you fall out of your treestand and sends a text alert with your location to a list of emergency contacts.

Calibrate the sensitivity, select one or more contacts, and start monitoring, and Treestand 9-1-1 is helping to keep you safe. When Treestand 9-1-1 detects an impact, it will trigger an alert and activate the GPS. If you don't press the "I'm OK" button before the timer runs out, Treestand 9-1-1 will send a text to everyone on its emergency contact list with a call for help and a link to a map showing your location.

Treestand 9-1-1 is NOT a replacement for standard treestand safety precautions. Consult your treestand's owner's manual and follow all safety recommendations.
