Access to my file, photo etc? Why??? You can't use the app unless you grant the app access to your file, photo, etc. I am not sure why it is necessary. If it needs access to location, I prefer to have an option for allowing access only when app is in use. I may be paranoid but I don't like what I don't know. For that, I rather use a guidebook and an old fashion map.

Paid and unable to use, now unable to request refund even. Have to download app, then download the language you need. Tried several times to download but the download stops completely and does not re-start. Have high speed mobile data that i can play games with and have no issues downloading other guides or apps with, also tried wifi at hotel. Neither worked and had to leave go see the Grand palace as i spent over an hour trying to set this up. Maybe try to do at home before coming to Thailand.

Excellent! I was looking for the History about the palace which is when i came through this App. This app is perfect for all who are visiting for the first time! Everything is explained in detailed but would have been interesting if it had more information.

A good alternative to a guide. Great if you're on a budget or just want to wander at own pace. This app provides a good level of detail of history about the Buddha and of the palace. Easy to use and really interesting. Certainly worth the money!

A must have app when traveling to Grand Palace. There is a lot of information with excellent narrations and interactive map. The app worked offline once I downloaded it. Audio is easy. Remember to take your headsets.
