Nothing works, find my car always tells me it's 50 yards away when my husband has taken it out. I have changed the figures to mpg numerous times instead of km and it never changes it. TomTom is very slow to start. Just do not like this app it cannot even keep up to date with mileage etc even when updating. Useless app not worth having. UPDATE: I emailed customer service, they were quick efficient and really helpful. My kw still will not go to mpg but everything else works fingers crossed.

Awful. App connects to car says Phone Ready but live traffic works maybe 1 in every 10 trips then not all of trip. TOMTOM sat nav may as well be not there. Having to use my phone for maps not what you buy an in car fitted navigation system and expect to do. UPDATE.....So i received a email from Uconnect making sure Software was up to date what system my phone was using connected correctly if thing was sent pictures as requested NO reply from Uconnect nothing still waiting 3 weeks POOR VERY POOR

It wants to know my location even when location services are off. Even when I'm not in the car and not using the app. I can't even use the app if I choose to allow access to location while in use. Only all the time. Why is that?

Since the update now wants my location when im not even in the car? Why? Wants access to all my media files, why? This app is for the car and the car only! App doesnt work unless you agree to everything

After the last update the app demands to have location access all the time, even when not running. If I don't agree, it closes. Please change that approach asap, Stellanis!
