I'm going on a trip this year and they suggested I download it since everything in it is offline. Well the only useful thing is the offline maps which crashes the app.

I just got the email from ACIS yesterday. Downloaded app, used the email and password they supplied, and got same error message others are complaining of. Why send out new emails to clients if the existing problem hasn't been fixed yet... and it looks like they have had this same problem for YEARS?! Get rid of the app if you aren't going to maintain it!
