This app has no help from customer support. I've been trying to speak to support for a bug on the app for the past two months but there's no direct line to them. The email option left feedback that I had been blocked. For an app that involves money, it's a bit too risky It has a beautiful clean interface and is relatively easy but customer support is a big issue

Useless app! I made a deposit three days ago. I then tried to place a withdrawal today several times, but my redeemable balance is incredibly lower than my actual money... Your policy is absurd and your customer support services is very poor. I left a message in the live chat portal, it's been hours now but haven't heard anything. This isn't excellent service and your way of providing monetary services is not helpful. What if I urgently needed the money today????? I suggest amendment of policy.

This app used to be fantastic with very good monetary policies but of late it's quite difficult to make withdrawals......their policy states that after topping up one can receive profits after 3 working days and also make withdrawals....but thats not the case.....this makes the app completely useless and very frustrating to use.....I suggest you restructure your app and policy......

Very disappointed...its been 4workings and i still cant withdraw my money from the app. Or i downloaded the wrong one. Said after 3 workings but its 4 and i really need the money now. They dont reply their live chat neither their emails
