I'm not very happy with ACE, everytime I try to reply to my partner, it keeps stopping, I've reported the problem many times, it's still keeps stopping, whenever I try to message my partner , I lost all the messages we sent each other. This is supposed to be a dating site to find love. I'm not happy with ACE. we can't communicate he said he misses me, but I can't talk to him because ACE stops. I thought ACE was the best dating site! Now that ACE corrected the problem of stopping .

I signed up for a seven day trial and was still charged for a whole 6 months. What does "a seven day free trial" say to you? If I were you I'd change that little policy. Cause that's called false advertising. And can and will get you shut down if you don't take care of it. Or I will personally bring the law down on you. You can't say 7 days free, then take my money after a day. Even if it's stated in your policies. So refund me. Please. Cause that was b.s. and you know it. Or I'll make it real.

The best dating app available. Unlimited swipes, the ability to search for people of your interests, the ability to customize your bio and add so much more information, and refine yourself and your interests to a tee. LGBT inclusive. Better than tinder or bumble or any other option. What are you even doing? Get on here its perfect.

It's great.. ppl invest more time checking profiles rather that just swiping.. customer support is also reasonable and very nice. Pretty solid overall. Sort of lame that you have to pay to see who likes you, but I guess they have to make money somehow.

Way better to know a little about someone instead of other apps where you just get a picture. (EDIT: Updating to 5 starts because the following is no longer an issue, yay! --->) Wish my half-written messages wouldn't disappear when I click away and then come back to the app. That's frustrating when I've got some long, amazing date proposal all written out and it just disappears.

Out of all the dating/friends apps I've tried, this one is where I've found the most meaningulful connections. I've made some great friends here and I would absolutely recommend it over tinder or whatever else. It just feels more organic when you're getting to know someone here more than anywhere else in my opinion. Good so far.
