Every time I open the app it tells me there's an error and to close out the app. It won't let me look at anything....

The app won't load. It never gets past the blue "Triquest " screen. Doesn't do us any good to buy this card if we can't redeem it. From reading other comments it looks like this is a recurring problem.

I just installed the app and it has yet to move beyond the introductory blue screen. I notice that was mentioned as an issue in a previous review.

Coupons do not seem to load on the mobile application. I had to go through my web browser on my mobile phone to get my discount at big 5 sporting goods.

Downloaded the app and when I try to load it just a blue screen with the triquest words show up and nothing happens.
