This is horribly designed. Information on how to use it is lacking, its literally impossible to navigate (because it crashes every time) until you register online, but nothing tells you to do that first, so... This makes the Allstate name look bad. Incompetent. Ignorant. Unapologetic. Simply lacking character as an organization. Hard not to imagine a head rolling due to this blunder...

When originally signed up I was told that I could download the app and enjoy all of the benefits provided. I would love to enjoy such benefits, but app keep closing as soon as I put my email address in. It seems as though the majority of the consumers in here having the same issues. Please fix ASAP, otherwise will cancel EVERYTHING

Crashes every time I try to open it. I have not had "access to savings" once since I installed it in December '16.

Too many bugs!!! Totally crashes. I can't even set up a account!! That really sucks because I paid for this membership... Come on Allstate get it together!! Or I'm going with Nationwide because they're on my side!!
