This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Acaria Hospice on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

About this app

The purpose of the Acaria app is to assist patients or families and medical professionals including providers for meeting appropriate hospice criteria. It can also assist with prompt referrals for hospice or palliative care evaluations. After downloading the app, you will need to setup an account. Please read over the terms and conditions, acknowledge and click next. You will then navigate towards our home screen. You will see 4 tabs. The ‘admission criteria score’ is taken directly from CMS guidelines and simply made into a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questionnaire. By answering all the questions, a score is calculated and a result pops up on the bottom whether the patient meets hospice or palliative care. By clicking on the result, you will be taken to our referral page. Simply fill out the form. To make it easier, you can add pictures by clicking on the camera animation. You can take pictures of health records or wounds needed for appropriate evaluation of the patient. By clicking send below, you will securely send all of the information to our portal.
