As of right now the app is unbelievably slow and it does not load my
account. It might be that it's because the world cup is less than 24 hours

Me parece un descaro que estén preguntando cosas que no les importa y que
ademas la app no funcione sin ellas..Fecha de nacimiento, telefono... Que
les importa? Respuesta a su respuesta #1 Los campos estan marcados como
obligatorios y no se puede avanzar sin ellos. Revisen la app antes de
apresurarse a contestar.
