The baby monitor is great and the app interface is nice when it works. However I couldn't get it to work on my Android at first and had to use my husband's iPhone. It works now, either due to a recent app update or a software update on my phone. It seems to always be running in the background and constantly drains my phone's battery. I wish there were an easy way to turn it on and off. The constant "app is running" notifications are also annoying.

Ever since the newest update, my camera has been rendered useless. When I try to install the update, i get a message that says "update not installed". Since I can't update the app, the app won't allow me to log in. No one seems to be in any kind of hurry to fix this issue. Biggest waste of $249 on this camera

Updating - there was a phone update, and now I can use my baby monitor. Why is this not the latest app? And then I'm asked to allow downloads outside of Play Store before I can use it? And the Google says it's a dangerous app that I need to delete.... What is going on?? Now I cannot use the camera I purchased because I can't get back into the app...

This was a great app, but now it is saying i need to update, but wheb i try it says 'app not installed' and keeps bouncing me back to the 'you need to update' screen. My very expensive baby camera is now unusable!

I have the same issue with the latest update. I get an error message and cannot log in. Nobody seems to be working to resolve this. The camera is now useless and I can't monitor my baby during sleep.
