Is will not allow you to read the rest of the law. The background is white and the text is white also, the top of the screen is gray but such states as Rhode Island where the passenger must wear a helmet no matter what age, cannot be seen. Please update your background and I will give you would better rating. Planning a trip to Florida and would like to know the law are in each state on my way down. Can only read the law for the man not a passenger or any other part of the law.

I get a pop up saying "appliaction not found" and get a blank screen. Kind of hard to use an app that doesn't work
