Partial Effect Point Effect is best app for blur, grayscale and sepia photos. Partial Effect Point Effect will blur, grayscale or sepia some part of your photo image. This application is very simple to use and convenient photo editing. With Partial Effect Point Efect you will get the background blur effect, grayscale effect and sepia effect like profesional photographer. You can choose part of your photo image to be apply effect just only brush the part of your photo image that you want. In Partial Effect Point Effect you can apply filter to whole of your photo image by one click or reset the applied filter.

Feature and Menu :

1. Choose Filter
Choose your favorite filter (Blur, Grayscale or Sepia) just only one click on the thumbnail.

2. Paint
Start draw or choose part of your image photo to be applied effect Blur or Grayscale or Sepia. You can customize size of your brush with drag the seek bar.

3. Eraser
You can erase if you have something wrong in your drawing. This menu can be usefull when you applied filter in whole your image photo, and you have a little part to showing the original image.

4. Apply All
Apply filter (Blur, Grayscale, Sepia) to whole of your image photo.

5. Reset
Reset all that you have been drawing.

6. Save to Gallery
Save your photo image after applied effect to your gallery.

7. Share to Social Media
