The app keep telling me the system is temporarily unavailable when I click create a new account. But my friend helped me create a new account successfully on his iPhone. Is it discrimination? Then I tried to log in, the app just became black screen and crashed. Totally useless! Waste of time and money!!

Can not get my children's results after a commercial flight to FL for my mothers death. FL had no problem with getting me results via email within hours of our tests. This app that NY uses (navica) is useless
