This app still have a few bugs despite of new updates. Still I will like to give four stars for some specific reasons. 1. They give order place time which is good. Other food delivery app do not give that to hide delays. I like the transparency of this app. 2. For one of my order, refund was super smooth that credited in my account instantly by UPI. 3. It is local app. I always like to support local businesses. 4. Proactive helping support desk. I have good experience with them.

I alredy had an account having address in it. But now afer uodate u are forcing to use location from phone. Why? After download u should give first option to log in then ask for location. Also there is no any option to see/edit user account details. Unsatisfied with this New update. Not user friendly.

Poor UI No information about delivery executive and delivery charges more than the actual food amount.Makes no sense at all Updated review: had no choice but this useless app Food received was almost after an hour and very cold.hate this app

I haven't tasted the cake yet which we ordered from Ovenly... However, the driver smashed it on one side... So it's looking ugly.. Can't order delicate things from here. Hope the mango cake at least tastes good. I wanna give a minus star for delivery.. But I'm being generous..
