I booked a room for 3 days but after I got to check my ticket then again I have to change the date and booked it. But I got two confirmation. There is no option for cancellation of room. So the developer please look into this matter. There is no option for booking cancellation.

Instead of ID card photos my photographs have been uploaded mistakenly, but no option to change it while editing profile. Otherwise very good and easy to use application for RAILWAY EMPLOYEES

Unsatisfied... Lot of improvements like, payments, OTP, confirmation messages etc., should be done. Booking in this app is waste of time. Lot of Holiday homes are under officers, they only utilizing and refused to give employees. Very poor maintainance, no sufficient furniture available.

Very super app, some betterment options like every holiday homes and all rooms to be connected to app some rooms are alloted by divisional office in off line, in that allotment facing somany problems facing in that . So all rooms are connected to app

good app by railway for booking of holiday home but holiday home at aurangabad is not good, no amenities provided in rooms, whatever is available, in bad condition. Visited many holiday homes, but this was a very bad experience.
