About this app

First time in the Austrian Alps? Or maybe you have an impression that you have conquered every summit here (we are sure you haven't)? Anyway our app is designed exactly for you - dear mountaineer, alpinist, climber, tourist

'Mountain Challenges of Austria' is a simple guide to the most fascinating challenges in Austrian Alps. On the other hand, the app is a kind of electronic diary, that allows you to keep all your mountain memories in your mobile.

In our app you will find simple maps, short descriptions and comfortable accommodation links for peaks like Grossglockner, Wildspitze, Dachstein, Schneeberg, Zugspitze and many others. They are grouped into some themed lists we call challenges:
* Seven Summits of Austria (the highest peak in each land)
* Seven Summits of Stubai
* Seven Summits of High Tauras
* Top of Austria (the highest peak of each mountain range in Austria)
* All 3000'ers in Austria

With our App you will also create and keep the complete history of your ascents in Austrian Alps.

And last, but not least - our app works ‘out of box’. You needn’t to register in our web service (however it is recommended) – you can just install the app, use it, and keep all your data on your device. We respect your privacy, our app requires only GPS location to confirm an ascent. We are NOT interested in your contact list, messages, photos or facebook login.

We encourage you to visit app’s website: https://mca.8848apps.com to find out more.

The app is available in English and Polish. German version is coming soon.
