This app does not work...my request sits at unassigned until I call them.

Installed and ordered a cab to get to the bar. It told me when a cab was assigned and it tracked the location of the cab all the way to where he picked me up at and gave me notifications when the cab was near. The only thing I would add is an estimated amount of how much the trip is going to be.

Requested a pickup from ORD on the app, about 3 hours prior to arrival. They deleted it without contacting me, shortly before scheduled pickup. I had to take a pricey city cab home instead. Will give Lyft a try next time.

When you come in on the last train for the nìght. Nobody want's to come out in -19 wind chiĺl, except for A-1. One company that knows what customer service is, and still stands behind it.

You can pay with cash or credit, and you're never asked for your credit card info through the app. Watch your taxi come to you, no more guessing how long it will take.

I called to let them know that i was having trouble with the app and the guy that answered had a i don't care attitude. He was really rude when i said that the app wouldn't give me certain options. In a very rude, rushed tone, He just kept saying "the app works fine". Didn't give any direction to help me. Super annoyed with this company. I have only been using them for a couple days and i also had a rude female customer service rep the previous day. Rude customer service!!!!!!

About this app

This is your local, trusted taxi company's FREE mobile booking application. Simply download and book a taxi from your smart-phone or mobile device.
See cabs in your area displayed on a map in real-time. Once you book your order you can track the location of your assigned taxi from dispatch to pickup.
The status of your order is constantly monitored updated on your device. The app can send you notifications when your taxi is within a selected distance
so you'll have plenty of notice to prepare, then go out and meet your Taxi. You'll know who is Driving you and you will travel in confidence from your local trusted Cab Company.

How to use our App:
• First time you use the application you'll need to register.
• Once you have completed the registration information you'll be emailed a unique user "Token" identification number.
(We do this so you won't have to enter a Credit Card to register and begin using the application.)
• Enter the "Token" number along with your email address the first time you login. After that you'll use your email and Password.
• Wait for the app to automatically locate your address using GPS
• Your current location is displayed on a map.
• You can choose your current location for pickup, or edit it or simply choose a pickup location from our Places Near By Menu'
• See Taxi's in your vicinity by hitting the, "Cab's Near By" and flag one down if their close enough.
• Confirm your location and tap “Book a Taxi”, That's IT!
