It would be fantastic to use the data with other apps, ie: diet tracking. Maybe .CSV ... A indictaction of the mac address the device your connected too, if you have more then one of these in a household it can be confusing during setup. Where is the area for calories "in" as listed in the description? The data from Sunday night got moved to Saturday night...

turn on Bluetooth(do not pair)... open app... bt connect... sync. that's how you connect. do not pair with outside of app or it won't work. as for the wants everyone else expects, you get what you pay for. get the cheapest product, expect the cheapest service. it's easy math. probably the same people that complain about FM/AM radio having commercials.

I have a Samsung Note 2 and I was also extremely frustrated with the difficulty syncing. App would say "successfully paired" but that darn Bluetooth symbol on the device just kept flashing. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out, but I may have happened upon the solution. I'm not sure if it was a fluke, but I went to my android bluetooth settings and made my phone visible for 2 minutes, THEN I went to this app, under settings, and it stayed connected. Now, if I could just get am/pm to show...

Tried several times and won't sync. Can't really rate the app if I can't use it fully. Checked phone/Bluetooth and I have the correct versions. Won't save data in the app. Try their other app if this one won't work. Was able to get phone to work in that one.

Of the 2 apps this one will randomly sync sleep data. But both itek apps have problems syncing that data honestly. The step stride can be set in thisolder app but not in the newer app. Both need the developer to upgrade the software so that data can be saved to a csv for import into excel. If it did that I would give it 4 stars & if it could sync sleep data reliably I would give it 5. As-is the product is unreliable and has many flaws. The developer never replied to my email requests for help.

Won't save my info. Changed my time to military time and won't let me change it back. App needs a LOT of work.
