Xavier Business School has sprouted as a well-framed institution, shaping young and evolving minds,
and enabling them to experience the life of a B-School graduate is our primary objective. Inspired by
this school of thought, Xavier Business School announces its first ever Inter B-School Fest ‘Xaviesta–
The Dawn of Inception’ with a vision to nurture future managers and entrepreneurs by testing their
aptitude and skills through various business activities, sports and cultural events.
Xaviesta- The Dawn of Inception, is an Inter B-School Fest which is the brainchild of Xavier Business
School of St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata. The vision of the fest is to nurture the diverse talents of
future managers and entrepreneurs by testing their analytical skills through various Business Events
and social skills through Sports as well as Cultural Events.
It’s the battleground not for the intelligent ones but rather for the smart ones. It’s not just two-days
fest but it’s 48 hours of socialising, learning and showcasing one’s skills.
Xaviesta is not only going to give you fond memories to go back with but also some beautiful
experience that you can cherish long after
Xaviesta aims on providing the budding managers of today with a platform for shaping their evolving
minds and allowing them to experience the life of an MBA. Our objective is to make Xaviesta a
two-day fest comprising of 48 hours of continuous learning and networking.
We hope that Xaviesta ’19 is not limited to just another Management Fest for you participate in but
it becomes an emotion for you as it is one for us.

This app gives you the entire blue print of Xaviesta. Everything from the Events Name and their
description to the event schedules and the registration process even the information about the
Sponsors and the Passes for the Gala Evenings are all available at this one stop.
