About this app

1. Sterilize the piercing equipment. If the piercing needle is not present in a sterile package, or you use a safety pin or needle, you need to sterilize them before use. Take a match or lighter and place the pin of the piercer on the fire for 10 seconds. Drain the needle afterwards, then wipe with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. Put it on a piece of tissue to dry it and be sure not to touch the tip of the piercing needle after this stage.
2. Clean the ears. The next thing you need to do is clean the ears thoroughly to remove the bacteria found on the skin surface. You can do this by soaking cotton balls using alcohol or hydrogen peroxide and apply the front and back of the ear lobe. Let the ear dry completely before continuing with the piercing.
3. Mark the point where you want to pierce (if necessary). If you like, you can use markers to mark the point where you want to pierce. This will help you to direct the needle on the ear lobe and prevent the piercing of a messy shape. But some people do not want to mark this point, because they do not want any ink marks on their piercings. Whether you decide to mark this point or not, it's up to you, it's just a matter of individual choice.
4. Make ear numb. In this case, some people choose to make their ears numb. This can be done by sticking ice cubes or an ice pack on the ear for a minute or two before piercing. This is effective for clearing the ears, but the cold will cause the ear to tighten so much harder and harder to pierce. For this reason, many people choose to skip this stage. step.
Wash your hands. Before doing further, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soaps. After sterilizing your equipment, earrings and ears carefully, you do not want dirty hands! If you like, you can also use latex gloves during your piercing, although this will feel a bit weird.
Put a piece of cork or soap on the back of your ear lobe. Hold tightly in place with one hand, while the other hand takes a needle. Alternatively, let a friend (who is not easily disgusted) help you hold the cork in place during your piercing.
7. Point the needle. Take a piercing needle (or needle or pin) and point it at your ear, centered at a 90 degree angle to the earlobe. When you have marked the spot, position it directly at the point you have created.
8. Ear piercing. In one smooth and steady motion, the needle presses through the ear lobe and the cork on the other side. You will feel a sharp pinch, and your ears will feel hot and flushed, but it will not hurt. Keep the needle in the earlobe for 30 seconds and give it a slight twist. This helps you to widen the hole.
9. Put an earring. If you have been using a piercing needle, earring will be easy. Just by inserting the earring tip into the hole located in the center of the needle, then pull out the needle leaving the earring on the ear. Wipe the remaining blood using a cotton ball, and pin it on the back of the ear lobe.
10. Repeat on the other ear. If you pierced both ears, repeat the entire preparation procedure (including sterilizing the needle) and resetting it on the other side. Now take your mirror and admire your work!
