The app is good but several times the driver as been adamant that the company doesn't take card payment trying to get me to pay the fare by cash even though It was being charged to my card so had to get the drive to call the office to confirm what I was saying was correct so they need to brief all staff about this system other than that it is a really good app

Very reliable when it is actually turned on. Why they insist in turning it off during the week days is beyond me. So I have to ring up and book. Ironic the message you get is "Avoid the queues and download our app."

This app is terrible. On two occasions now ive had my taxi canceled by the system through no fault of my own. Worse though is the service from the office, where you just get told that theres nothing they cam do about it and you end up at the back of the queue again.

Absolutely useless! Yet another Wheels App booking where no one turned up and despite having 2 confirmations on the App, office said they had no booking. Now uninstalling and back to Uber.

Easy to use and pay using my card. No longer need to call to book and can see exactly how long and where my taxi is

It's the second time that taxi was late to come and get me. I booked a taxi at 07:25 to come and get because I start work at 08:00, the taxi phoned me and said he was at the wrong address, on the app I checked that I've put the address correctly, then the taxi driver said I'll come has quickly has possible, then I was tired of waiting phoned wheels and they said you've missed your taxi I said but no one phoned me and they said you have to look at the app. No one told me that and now in the second week in a row I'm going to be late to work.
