Driver has started trip even before picking which results in higher distance and fare. This is very unprofessional.

At first, when i have tried to book the cab i haven't find any available cabs, but fortunately after several trials i have got one cab and i was a very good experience. I believe, as it's a startup cab count may be less, hope it will grow so that i can save some money in my pocket 😊

I've had a ride on Vavenap cabs, after completing the ride, I couldn't able to get the bill, there was no such option, even there's no option to call customer care services in the App. We can't get the contact no. of the driver or anybody after completion of the trip. It's very horrible.

Developers need to improve this app. Doesn't allow to move marker on the map to select location. GPS latching as usual is poor in all taxi hire apps. While entering location for pickup/drop, should be able to move the marker to desired location as can be done with uber/ola. Also under Fare tab doesn't list the detail about fares. Just shows the minimum fare for first 4 KMs. Should provide fare structure in the app.

There is no customer support. I have booked a cab from Airport. After starting the trip drive told me that I need to pay for all toll taxes and I have paid rupees 200 for that. Nothing was mentioned while booking or in my trip that whether these are included or excluded in that trip fare.

1. Use STREET PICK UP option when you don't have our app to book the CAB. Ask our driver to serve you using STREET PICK UP option when you see our CAB. You pay the same fares, however STREET PICK UP are served as cash ride always. Make sure you have the cash available to pay the driver on ride completion.

Safety:
1. Add 3 contacts under "Emergency Contacts" in the APP.
One click on EMERGENCY icon in the APP while taking the ride, will send out text messages to all 3 contacts added by you with following details
Driver Name, Vehicle details and your Live Location.
