Historisch waren Schriftzug und Vereinsstempel, die die Vorsitzenden der Vereine SV Wittlich, SV Lüxem, SpVgg Minderlittgen-Hupperath, SV Neuerburg, DJK Hasborn und SV Zeltingen-Rachtig unter das Dokument setzten aber für den Fußball rund um die Kreisstadt auf jeden Fall.

Unter dem Dach des neuen Vereins soll die Nachwuchsarbeit professionalisiert, sportlicher Erfolg gesichert und talentierten Spielern eine Alternative zum Wechsel zu größeren Vereinen geboten werden.
