EOS ist ein Magazin für Weltbürger, das sich gezielt mit den Themen Migration und Integration sowie mit dem Zusammenwachsen der Kulturen beschäftigt. Allerdings kommen auch die Themenfelder Fitness & Gesundheit, Sport und Zeitgeschehen ebenso wenig zu kurz, wie der gesamte Komplex "Dolce Vita & Savoir vivre im Saarland".
