App full of bugs Drivers are not allowed to pick up passengers at the airport and many hotels or malls, so you would need to meet them nearby, which for the price difference with taxis that have arrangements in those places, is worth the cost The problems are : 1. Very often (almost all the time), you can't enter an address (origin or destination). It would give all kinds of error messages 2. It usually doesn't show the real time location of the car before it reaches you

the driver accepted my order. then i waited for 10 minutes even it said 5 minutes to come. then when i called the driver he asked my destination and said i am far can not come. i could see his vehicle on the map. he cancelled my booking. very bad service and very few cars and its expensive then Otaxi and careem.

The driver charged me more than the actual fare that showed in the app and he insisted as if I was wrong. This is ridiculous, you need to employ honest people or stop this service altogether. Very very disappointing.

Useless app. I made a booking for cab for airport. The booking didn't display after the booking time and cab didn't show up at all

Don't bother pre-booking a ride. Even after confirmation, the driver never showed up! Not reliable at all!
