About this app

LA Rx is a prescription medication list that identifies which drugs are on the Louisiana ( LA ) Medicaid preferred drug list. This application allows the user to search medication list by name, classification, and/or disease. Once a drug is selected, the system will notify the user if a medication is "preferred" or if it requires a prior authorization. If a medication is not found in the system, it is neither preferred nor can be approved with the prior authorization process.
